Weight Lifting, for boys and these players will learn basic Weight Lifting skills, fundamental teamwork concepts and Leadership Skills as well. Score and standings are kept for all teams. These are the games you’ll remember forever.
The youth program is designed for local youths and teens, both male and female, to learn and participate in the sport of weightlifting. The sport of Weightlifting is contested along gender, age, and weight classes. This allows for anyone, of any age, and experience to participate. The program is designed and instructed by middle school trained coaches and NFHS Level One Coaches Program design and instruction can be utilized as a stand-alone program or in conjunction with an athlete’s other athletic training regimen.
For boys and girls ages 11 to 18. Teams are organized by ages, for BOYS AGES 11-18. Teams are organized by 11,12,13-year-olds play together similar to a Middle school wrestling team and 14,15,16,17,18 play together similar to a high school wrestling team.
Players turning 18 they can tryout for the Weight liftingClub that is a weight lifting club organization that is in Idaho and surrounding areas
