Richard Gonzalez is a 10th grader that lives in Meridian, Idaho for about 10 years now and is the Student Success Manager at Illusion Dance Studios in Nampa, Idaho and is the Owner and Founder of Elite Sports Idaho Organization that provides sports programs to kids and adults from 7 to 21 years of age in Nampa, Idaho. Richard Believe there should be more opportunities for children and adults in the community to stay active without tryout or being good at certain thing, also needing a place to relax or to learn a new skills, stay out of trouble and to have a good college help or just have a great recruitment programs for them. In addition to managing a sports organization and coaching a team for Elite sports Idaho, he runs a CPR Basic Training for parents and students in his small rural town Wilder, Idaho to learn the basic skills of CPR, and a Job/College Fair at the Wilder High Schools for all High School Students to look into what they are going to do after high school. He has also been nominated Coach of the year by Mountain West Sports League in Boise, Idaho, ESI Public Speaker Award. Richard is earning his High School Diploma at Wilder High School but holds a Certificate in Basic Sports Medicine and a Diploma in Physical Fitness in January 2023 from Alison Accreditation Certifications and Certifications on Drug Prevention, Mental Health, Social Media Safety from NFHS Learn and CPR Certification from Red Cross in December of 2022. Richard is wanting to pursue law enforcement right after high school by joining a correctional department in Idaho and go to college for his Masters in Criminal Justice & Criminology and after college he wants to work for his Hometown police department (Wilder Police Department) as a patrol officer & SRO (School Resource Officer) and be K9 Dog handler and get 2 years of experience and go back to college for my Ph.D in Criminal Justice & Criminology and become a State Trooper in the great state of Idaho! When Richard is not learning, Teaching or starting a new programs or thinking of crazy ideas, he enjoys to spend time with his family and friends, playing sports, hunting or fishing and most of all travel around the country!

Jenny Gonzalez is the Co-Owner of Elite Sports Idaho in Nampa, Idaho. Jenny believes there should be more opportunities for children in Elementary to stay active like sports, art programs, etc but there isn't enough funds at schools for these programs. In addition to managing and owning and teaching a Sports Organization, She runs a tutoring program at Elite Sports Idaho for Children Struggling with school work. She has been awarded the Best Employee Of The Month for two consecutive years. Jenny Holds a Certificate in Technology Safety from Wilder School District, Certificate in Volunteer of the Month in Wilder WICAP. Jenny is pursuing her Basic Technical Certificate in Early Childhood Education at CWI (College of Western Idaho). Jenny like to spend time reading, like to be outside and inside and most of all with her 4 kids!

Alexander Albor is from Parma, Idaho and has lived there since he was 10 years old and attended Wilder Elementary School and Graduated from Parma High School in May of 2012 now is the Payroll and Accounting, Recruitment Program Officer, Athletic Director, Drug Prevention Assistant Officer at Elite Sports Idaho. Alex has been with Elite Sports Idaho since the ground up and is also related to someone in the building, he loves working with his family and most of all helping out to make the best sports organization in the state of Idaho, and has had multiple role with ESI and now has come down to 4 with ESI hiring more people, he got some stuff off his plate but his plate is still full. Alex believes that having more ways to teach leadership and different things is better for children and adults to help them remember. Alex has earned many awards through his career with Elite Sports Idaho including ESI Public Speaker Award, Employee of the Year, Outstanding work in their professional field, etc. Alex Albor Holds a Ph.D in Educational Leadership and a Minor in Business Administration from Boise State University in 2016, Certificate in Drug Prevention, Social Media Safety, Building Security from NFHS in January 2023, He also Holds a certificate in Fundamentals of Human Resources and a Diploma in Principles of Management in March of this year from Alison CPD Accreditation Certifications. Alex likes to spend time with his family and friends but also likes to work on cars or shop for cars!

Meet Antonio Albor, affectionately known as Tony, a proud resident of Parma, Idaho. Tony's journey began in Notus, Idaho, where he spent his early years before relocating to Parma at the age of 10. Since then, Parma has been his home, shaping his experiences and defining his sense of community. During his formative years, Tony attended Wilder Elementary School when it was still called Holmes Elementary School. Subsequently, he became a part of the Notus Elementary community, culminating his academic journey with a graduation from Parma High School. Tony's commitment to education didn't end there; he earned an Associates of Applied Science Degree in Welder/Fitter from the College of Southern Idaho in May 2015. Currently serving as the Maintenance Director at Elite Sports Idaho, Tony plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the facilities. His dedication to his profession reflects in his pursuit of excellence and commitment to maintaining a high standard. Tony's educational aspirations extend further as he harbors a goal to attain a Bachelor's degree in Sports Management and Physical Education. His vision goes beyond personal achievement; he aims to leverage his education and experience to contribute to the competitive sports landscape. Tony envisions stepping into the role of Athletic Director or League Manager, with the ultimate goal of relieving his brother of some responsibilities, ensuring a more balanced workload. Driven by a passion for sports and a desire to make a positive impact in the field, Tony Albor is a dedicated professional with a bright future ahead in sports management.
