FLEX Football For boys and girls ages 7 & 20, FLEX football is as much fun for parents, grandparents and other fans as it is for the kids. Players will learn basic football skills, fundamental teamwork concepts and Leadership Skills as well. Score and standings are not kept for some teams. These are the games you’ll remember forever. 

For boys and girls ages 7 to 10. Teams are organized by ages, so 9-year-olds play only against other 9-year-olds, 10’s with 10’s, and so on

.  

For BOYS AND GIRLS AGES 11-20. Teams are organized by 11,12,13-year-olds play together similar to a Middle school flag football team and 14,15,16,17,18 play together similar to a high school flag football team. Players ages, 19,20-year-olds play together then after turning 21 they can tryout for the Treasure Valley Invaders which is a tackle football organization that is also in Wilder, Idaho and surrounding areas

Players continue to build on fundamental skills and leadership skills and progress to more advanced skills as they get older. Coaches emphasize teamwork and good sportsmanship. 

All youth players are required to play a minimum of 7 plays per half, ensuring participation and parity among the teams..
