ESI is a participation based league in a competitive environment. While we keep score and team standings, we strongly encourage teams to play ALL athletes as much as possible. We believe playing time (earned through enthusiasm and participation in practice) is key to a young athlete’s development and developing passion for sports.

Our Mission
is to help kids enjoy sports in a safe and structured environment. Sports teaches values kids will use the rest of their lives. It is our responsibility to emphasize these values to all of our kids and it is our goal to help every player and cheerleader to experience success on the field and in the classroom.
